Onboarding fees start from $1,500 for portfolios of 25 properties or less. Most Rental Fox Managed Service options will waive onboarding costs entirely.

If you require OTA+ for trust accounting, there is a $350 set up fee (charged by OTA+) which is in addition to the above.

Booking engine fees start from $1,500 for portfolios of 25 properties or less. Most Rental Fox Managed Service options will waive booking engine costs entirely. 

Absolutely not. We can provide you with a free HTML iframe link which you can embed into your current site that will allow you to collect and process direct bookings. It just doesn't have the same functionality and look/feel of what a booking engine site buildout would.

We can also run prospective property reports for you at a cost of $75 per report. These can be used as a sales tool to help bring on a new owner/property to your portfolio. 

Our prices listed are ex-GST, so you need to account for that also.
