We calculate our revenue from your monthly net rental accommodation and management charges, including upsells. We do not include OTA booking, credit card, cleaning and linen fees in our calculations.

We back ourselves to achieve results and only expect to get paid for the services we perform for you. We think this is the fairest approach.

We genuinely believe vested relationships are a key to success. They depend on the ability for two parties to collaborate together, be transparent with one another and have flexibility in their working relationship as well as trust that each party is looking out for themselves rather than just focusing on money.

Rather than relying solely upon transactions or services from suppliers and customers, vested relationships instead focus on achieving desired results by creating long-lasting partnerships.

This industry requires a technology partner, and if you do not have a tech team on standby, or a reservations team, or a dedicated revenue manager, or a content writer, or perhaps just someone to ask advice...a vested partnership would be a good solution for you. 

We waive all onboarding fees if you sign on for a minimum of 12 months. We also calculate a monthly minimum charge (which is calculated as your total property count multiplied by AUD$30) to cover software costs. No profit is made on this and in most months, this minimum is easily met by your commissionable income.

There are also some minor inactive property fees and additional user fees, ranging between AUD$4-$5 per month.
